Questions about shipping, orders and returns

Anywhere in Ontario. I would like to go further one day, and I want to get this right closer to home first.

Shipping is a flat $15 anywhere in Ontario, and it is free once your order goes over $75. Orders leave within three business days. Please check your address at checkout, because once a parcel is on its way I have no way to redirect it.

Yes. Every single thing in this shop is made in Italy, and that is the whole reason it exists. Both my parents were born in Calabria, I speak the language, and I still have family and friends over there who help me find things. I would rather carry a short list I stand behind than fill the page with anything that happens to look the part.

Most clothing listings include measurements, and some pieces are cut as one size fits most. It is worth checking those measurements against something you already own rather than going by the size on the label. If you are stuck between two, send me a message and I will tell you which way to go.

Send me a photo within 48 hours of it arriving and I will replace it or refund it. Glass and ceramic travel a long way to reach you and every so often something does not survive the trip. When that happens it is mine to sort out, not yours.

Anything that is not food can be returned within 14 days, as long as it comes back unused and in its original condition, with clothing unworn and the tags still on. Food cannot be returned once it has been delivered, for safety reasons. Anything that turns up damaged, wrong, or missing gets replaced or refunded whatever it is, so you are never stuck with something you did not order.

Often. The shop is new and it is growing, and what I carry shifts as I find things worth adding. Instagram is where new arrivals show up first.
