Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $75.
Shipping/delivery is only available within Ontario. Shipping rates are $15 within Ontario.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please ensure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only.
Food items are not returnable.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
All returned merchandise must be:
In its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.
Have all its original tags attached.
Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:

To initiate a return please email sales@belladolceshop.ca and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Norfolk County contact us to arrange a time to drop off.
We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
