This vodka sauce is made with just enough cream to let the delicious taste of tomatoes take center stage. Smooth and seasoned with fresh basil and enhanced with a nice parmesan flavour.
While vodka sauce is typically used with penne, its just as delicious served with gnocchi or tortellini!
Tip: Don’t throw away all your pasta water, its a good idea to add a bit to your sauce. The salted starchy water will enhance flavours and thicken the sauce, helping it stick to the pasta.
